Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday; 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Christmas & New Years Day.

A consultation will be a 1 on 1 sitting with a florist where we discuss what you are looking for regarding your wedding pieces.  We will go over bridal bouquet, bridesmaid, groom, boutonnieres, corsages etc... so you have all your party covered. 

We also do centerpieces, arrangements for the ceremony, reception or whatever you may require... including arrangements for rent as well!

When you book a consultation, bring color choices, pictures, and your great ideas so we can get started designing and creating a wedding package catered to you, your budget and your style!

Our shop serves the following areas in Alberta: Edmonton.

A local delivery fee of $14.00 will be added to each order, for each address.

For the surrounding areas, St. Albert and Sherwood Park, the delivery fee is $16.00 for each address.

For other areas, please call for the delivery fee.

We can accept orders to cities & towns outside of our delivery zones, but a $15.00 transfer fee will be charged.

Orders must be received by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are now able to make deliveries on Sundays.  However, the delivery fee is an additional $2 above the regular delivery fee.  So within Edmonton, delivery on Sunday is $16; delivery to St. Albert or Sherwood Park on Sunday is $18.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
